My name Is Ashley Olmeda. Growing up I have always had animals. From fish, hamsters, and guinea pigs to dogs and cats. I currently have 3 rescue dogs of my own. Azia, my 12 year-old Pitbull mix. Bo, my ~8 year-old Bulldog/Boxer mix, and finally Tibby, my 11-year-old Chihuahua!
In 2008 I graduated with my Zoology degree from Santa Fe Community College Teaching Zoo. In 2010, I Interned at Miami Seaquarium, working with marine mammals such as: Bottlenose dolphins, Pacific White-sided Dolphins, Sea Lions, Seals, and even a Killer Whale. Also In 2010, I worked for Joel Slaven's Professional Animals in Williamsburg, VA. I was then offered the amazing opportunity to travel as 1 or 4 trainers with 15 Dalmatians around the U.S. for 101 Dalmatians the off Broadway Musical. After all of my traveling I decided to go back to school and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, as well as a Masters of Social Work Degree.
